Hello, my sister, 
is in desperate need of advice on how to look after kittens. She hasn't looked after felines before so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

this might help a bit. Otherwise from what I'm seeing some weren't eating so taking them to a vet, milk, or force feeding might be necessary. But not eating can be a sign of a sick kitten so a vet would be the best idea.
