Hello everyone! I was about to create a Picarto account to watch some friends of mine more freely when I read their Terms of Service and saw this in there:
"15. Ownership
By using our streaming service you agree to: retain all of ownership rights of your Content. However Picarto.TV is allowed to use your created content for promotion or to display on our website. You also allow us to make use of your content in any showcase and advertisement. We are also allowed to use and alternate the content in any way. Picarto will not sell any of your content."
This is a direct quote. Copy & Paste.
Picarto could take your art, display it, and modify it - all without telling you. It's because you agreed in the Terms of Service they were allowed to do this with your material. I am posting this up here because I know most people don't read Terms of Service anymore.
