As everyone's saying, it's hard to be yourself when you're feeling down. The best thing you can do for yourself and the people that care about you is take advantage of them and talk to them about your problems or how you're feeling, or ask for help. Sometimes people just don't know what you're going through or they don't know what would help. Even if it makes you feel like a burden, you should ask. It sucks needing help but... if you're really friends with someone, they'd be happier to help than they would be not knowing you're suffering.
