What do you think of the new series of Doctor Who? ^_^

well the New Series in general is inferior to the Classic one though I like Capaldi's Doctor, makes a change from the whiney tenth Doctor

I think they both have their charms. Though you can't beat a 10-foot scarf.

I still don't like how Doctor 10 whined a lot when he was going to regenerate. It just makes him so irritable and that whole Rose thing....meh

I see Doctor Who took the Final Fantasy route look at both series; both had a lot of variety early on and then appealed to the whiney crowd. But while Doctor Who has grown out of it, Final Fantasy is too indulgent in it

I know nothing at all about FF save for its existence. I could never understand the appeal.

for the more recent ones, its factory made looking human characters; take away the hair and ignore eye colours and such, and their faces all look samey :o

I still need to see How To Train Your Dragon 2 though. My brother has seen it and my family believes "Oh well if he's seen it then we don't need to see it either"

Maybe you could do the same for Inside Out, assuming that's coming out on DVD at some point soon, if it isn't already.

Watching "How To Train Your Dragon 2" happens to be one of those rare moments where you deeply wonder...in what way could they possibly top what they already excelled so highly with? And then you reach the credits and realize that they just did!

I like everything about how those two movies were put together! Of course the dragon depictions make up a major chunk. So having them be non-big-ferocious-malevolent-chaotic-destructive-freaks-of-nature is possible after all. Who knew!

unlike the Shrek franchise; which peaked at number 2 and then just died....never liked Shrek anyway :x

Hmm? The sequel actually is a sequel.
I forgot to also point out that the first movie did even better in the depiction department, with it starting off as if they were going to go in that direction, then thankfully they flip it right around.
Admittedly I mildly debated that maybe it went a tad too far, making them seem like they're nothing more than pets, but it works. Being feral and non-talkative likely had something to do with it.
So yeah...you need to see it!
