In a way, class day is a passing baton thing is literal, because on that day (when the last part of the program is over) the freshman become sophomores, the sophomores become juniors, the juniors become seniors, and the seniors are ‘done’ with high school.
It’s not literal in that sence, its more of a title kind of thing.
Just a bunch of stupid school spirit.
But the baton is literal because my school’s mascot is an Indian; we each pass down this stupid totem pole thing through the auditorium.
I just don’t want to go because I won’t be a junior next year and I’ll feel crappy the whole program. Oh, only a couple of teachers and one girl (well, and my family) know I’m leaving in fall.
Well there’s that, and I don’t want to go because it will suck.
i mean, i have about as much school spirit as a shriveled...well, something shirivled.
crap...the asembly starting...gotta go.
