Team Trivia!
When: Tuesday, 3 November @ 20:00
Where: Glory Days Grill, 3059 Nutley Street, Fairfax

Come enjoy a sit down meal with your friends while trying out the various trivia questions of the night. The game starts are 8pm and goes until roughly 10pm so you can chat with friends while working together to answer questions.
No phones during the trivia questions which includes using Google ^^
There are other locations where they do this sort of trivia but consider this a test run to see if people are interested in (1) eating out with fellow furries and (2) if trivia night is of interest to people. If you have any comments or questions please list them below.

007 - Spectre Movie Gathering

Where: Alamo Drafthouse, 20575 E Hampton Plz Exchange St, Ashburn
We will be in the lobby area prior to the movie starting

Some of us will be coming back to the Alamo Drafthouse to watch the next installment of the James Bond saga. One of the benefits of the Drafthouse is you get to reserve your seat for a particular showing so you don't have to worry about getting to the theater super early.
The showing is at 12:40pm because the showings for Friday and Saturday are nearly full and we wanted to provide an opportunity for furries to see the movie together. The meet is scheduled at 12:00pm because the theater wants people to show up a half hour early to take their seats and get settled.
Nothing official is currently scheduled for lunch before or after but we welcome suggestions. You may also purchase food inside the theater during the movie.

Game Day is for playing board & card & related games. If you aren't much into games, we have light social ones where you can learn and fit right in. If you are a hard core gamer geek, we have a great selection of the crunchy stuff. We love to teach new games to new people.
Up to five gaming tables will be available, seating up to 4-6 each. Bring your favorites or utilize our 150+ options (private collection including rarities, "Pottery Barn" rule applies). Existing library:

Notes: We don't have smartphones, so we don't get social media or emails by phone. Email rigeltiger[at]gmail.com or private-message ahead of time if you have any questions or to get our phone number.
Parking is on-street on Whipp Drive and at the clubhouse at the far end if you're willing to walk 5 minutes. Hope Parkway is a tow street.
We provide games, not snacks/meals. If you want to bring your favorite beverages or munchies, they are welcome. Many menus available for ordering delivery, or you can zip out and bring back - loads of nearby pickup options. Drinks, sticky fingers, and games don't mix, so please keep them separate. Some drinking is OK, but it's not a getting drunk sort of gathering. BYOB. Drugs are not OK in our house. If you smoke or vape, please do so outside.
For those allergic, we have an indoor cat (don't let him out). Make sure to close/latch the door when you come in. Our house is shoes-off, socks-on. Fursuits and accouterments are fine but...why?
Everyone who plans to attend must RSVP. This is a private home and Meetup is our only way to validate those who show up. Un-RSVP'd strangers will be denied entry.

Where: SkateQuest, 1800 Michael Faraday Ct, Reston
After everyone has paid admission we will pick some bleachers to put our skates on

Come hit the ice with us at Reston Skatequest! The two hour public skating session starts at 3:10. Admission is $12 if you need skate rentals, or $8 if you have your own. Fursuit accessories like tails and ears are okay, but fursuiting has not been cleared (it's difficult enough to avoid fast skaters underfoot without reduced vision!). We may grab some informal dinner afterwords.

Star Wars Episode 7 Movie Meetup

The Star Wars series continues! We will be aiming for the 1pm showing at the Alamo Drafthouse and it looks like they have some packages you can get your tickets with (https://drafthouse.com/starwars/ashburn). The movie is in 2D, but if you so desire there is a 1:30pm showing at the same location that is in 3D.
Do try to be there a half-hour earlier than the showing you want to go to since they are strict about people who arrive late to the movie. You may purchase food during the showing but nothing official will be scheduled before or after the meetup.
If you have any questions, please ask and may the force be with all of you (especially those who have final exams around that time ^^)
