I am very proud of myself and my fellow co-workers at my job. I presented an idea of turning the nursing facility into the Great Pumpkin patch from the Charlie Brown cartoon and it looks absolutely wonderful. 50 Woodstock, 10 Peanuts characters, 2 Snoopys laying down on his doghouse and at least 100 pumpkin cutouts with vines and leaves. I did the bulk of the decorating, spending nine hours of my free time into putting up the vines and leaves. I even worked while coughing out my lungs.

A lot of people say I wasted my time doing that but I don't think so. The residents love how it turned out and that's more than enough for me ^.^ <3 Now to sleep in before clean, clean, clean. My mom and step-dad come up for Halloween. We'll probably go shopping for candy and make our annual Halloween treat bags. Then on Saturday, it's Trunk or Treat at one of the prisons and I'm going to work from two to six so my assistant can have the afternoon/evening to celebrate her grandson's birthday.
