I can't believe how rude some people online can be, first of all. Not that that's new or anything.
I also can't believe how I'm STILL the only reliable person at my workplace????? Not only have I been the ONLY employee for the past two weeks, when Heather finally does hire people, they are shit.
The one girl; great. But she can only work like, two days a week because she has a second job she'd rather work at.
A guy she hired lasted one day before quitting. Thanks man.
Another girl was hired, she worked three days, then got 'sick', and suddenly couldn't come in today, so my boss is asking me to cover her shift. I'm so fucking tired??!?!!!??
My boss also taunted me with a day off yesterday; She said "You've been working really hard lately, and I super appreciate it. I'm going to let [new girl] close in your stead, so you can have the day off" I was like YEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Then she was like "Oh but wait, I open that morning...... Okay I'll get Dom to open with me, so she can learn, then you'll close as normal." I just stared at her.
Now I have to work the new girls shift ANYWAYS because she decided to not come in because she's sick. Which I call bullshit on, because she told me she was going to a party with her boyfriend last night. Like???? If you want to pretend to be sick, try not to tell people your plans ahead of time. Just don't lie and say you're hungover. Jfc.

Yeah, but she's either too forgiving or too dense, but she said she probably wasn't lying. Go figure.

Well that's just a shity situation all around. I'd advise looking for another job when you could if you situation keeps getting worse, but hopefully your boss will start to see how badly this can hurt her business.
