*growf*Oh my... this is gonna be a quick one for commentary 'cause it's 5pm and I'm just not starting to write it. The last few days have been enormously busy, so I've had no time at all to work on this, other than writing up the artist highlight questions, AND... that unfortunately is going to have to wait because the artist has not yet replied (I have a feeling she doesn't check her messages every day), doh.

Here we have Loki's charr Skrall using his gentlemanly charms to calm down the very tense Hidden Nightmare. This picture is another one of those ALL about the footpaw pictures that I just love. Skrall's very much enjoying that sexy paw and pads, and I like too how he's got Hidden's other foot between his own two feet. Great stuff. ^_^

It's hard to believe, but Cari has actually taken a vacation! I think it's well deserved given the sheer amount of art she cranks out. So, that said, there is a chance the Tuesday Paw-Post may not have Cari pictures. I know... it'll be weird! But I'm sure we'll get through it. :P A nice batch here before her trip - all such cute characters, and I like that these are all SFW too.

I've heard of bench pressing, but I think I could learn to like toe-pressing quite a bit like Modem's doing in that first pic. :P In the second one, you have to wonder if that's supposed to be punishment... or reward. :3 Nice feet all-round.

Some Q&A(TC) What sort of interest in footpaws do you have (if any - and feel free to explain maybe why you like drawing them)?
(Kashmere) I don't really have any interest in them at all, I'm afraid ^_^
(TC) What type of commentary do you like on your work? What sort of comments do you not like, or don't want (say, creepy comments or whatever)?
(Kashmere) I'm always happy with any kind of comment, as long as they're not rude or inappropriate ^^
(TC) Do you have anything you'd like to personally say to the folks in the Paw-Post?
(Kashmere) Heyhey? (Maybe we can leave this one blank? I have no idea :P)
(TC) Nope... answer is too cute. :P It looks to me like much your art is done traditionally - is that true?
(Kashmere) Yes, all my art is done traditionally ^_^
(TC) How long does a fully detailed picture take you to do ('cause some have some incredible lighting work, which must take ages traditionally)?
(Kashmere) They tend to take about a full day of work depending on the complexity of the drawing (Background, no background,..). I do work on pieces for several days, as I don't always have the time to work on it.
(TC) You are exceptionally good at drawing footpaws - they're always so beautifully detailed out. Is there a favourite sort of paw you like to draw, and why is that?
(Kashmere) Thank you! I can't say I have a favourite tho ^^
(TC) What about characters in general - do you have a particular kind that you're drawn too?
(Kashmere) I always enjoy unusual species although I'm definitely happy doing any species! They're fun in their own way ^^
(TC) Continuing along this "favourite" theme - as an artist, do you have a particular favourite type of theme to draw in a commission?
(Kashmere) I like drawing females and preferably pin-ups!

And yesssss... that was a beautiful piece! Kahaki is a very cool character design, and one that lends itself well to ArcticLion's style. Besides... I could watch those cute feet scrunch and wiggle those cute webbed toes for hours while he snacked. ^^;

Good diet is a chore to maintain though, and you have to keep tweaking it as you age. Heh - that's the maddening thing about youth; it lets us eat and do all this crazy stuff you can't remotely do later in life. XD Such a tease. And we should go to bed.
That's painfully true. :/ Mind you, with some things it gets a little easier -- I don't crave sweets anywhere near as much as I used to, but that doesn't mean I won't enjoy some from time to time. >:3
I tell you what, though, I feel like if I could look back on my child-self I'd do quite a bit of head-shaking at the amount of candy I used to wolf down at Halloween with zero consequences, hahaha...
I still enjoy plenty of things from time to time, but the key now is awareness and moderation. And... I really am going to sign off and go to bed soon. Honest. <_<
