I went to Mephit Furmeet on a spur of the moment in September and I'm doing it again this month. Luckily it's still possible to get a room and register at smaller cons, even at the last minute.

So, Central Plains Fur Con, http://www.cpfurcon.com/, is in Wichita, KS this coming weekend. November 6 - 8.

The hotel has free meals all weekend plus 3 free adult beverages in the evening. The hotel restaurant is also most excellent.

I'm not dealing this year so I'm just going to be hanging out, luxuriating in the hotel bed, probably reading in their lovely lobby, etc.

It's a tiny convention, but I'd love to see it grow so I'm hoping some people see this and decide to attend. *wags*
