Some of you have probably already read it if you have her watched. If you haven't even heard of the things that are in there, then you should check it out.

I feel good and bad about this. Bad, because raising awareness on a miniscule level such as this, is like donating a single $1 dollar bill to help fight cancer. Good, because they say every dollar counts.
