Furpocalypse 2015 Summary
General
Successful. A blast. Frustrating. Somewhat disappointing.
Those are the best four best descriptors for this Freakshow. Why the last two you ask? I'll give a brief run-down, later.
At Closing Ceremonies, we stood at 1,400+ attendees this year. We raised over $5,000 for the War Dogs Foundation.
Fire-alarms were non-present, thank goodness. General attitude, overall, seemed positive from con-goers. Judging from what I've questioned some random furs, people enjoyed their festivities. These are only the good aspects, however. Unfortunately, there were some complications that arose before and during convention operation. Unable to divulge specific information, but some of the more nastier difficulties occurred behind closed doors, sort of speak. What's really frustrating about that, is some of those heartaches could have been prevented. We had trouble with our software, which caused congestion in Registration, albeit much worse for Checkout for Dealers Room. Also heard there was other mishaps originating from hotel staff, as well as our own. Granted, there are worse things that could have happened.
Simply put, there are many aspects we need to learn and improve upon. We strive and sweat hard to provide con-goers the best possible experience at Furpocalypse, despite the occasional bumps in the road. We care about your safety, above all else, and try to provide a quality source of entertainment. It's hard work, believe me, but it makes big difference.
That's going to be all for now, poom needs to unwind. X3
Seriously though, hope everybody had a fantastic time, and hope you return with us next year!

Dragoon, you work harder, more than any of us. You set the right example. We depend on your experience, so it's a honor to operate that room along with a cool hard ass that you are. I am sorry tho, with being a twitchy/flakey this year ... like you, just had too much in my head.
We can do better, next year, i know we can.
