Has anyone sold anything on DA? How does it work? Are you allowed to collect money through paypal or is it only the points things? Also are you able to cash out those points or do you have to use them for other deviations or what not?

You can use points and convert them to paypal money. But you must have at least $5 and every 100 points = $1

Said that I never sold nothing, I saw people selling directly in dollars, without going through points and using their paypal directly, so avoiding the points system.

I mean it seems like it would be easier to get the money directly through Paypal instead of going through the points system but I don't know if that is allowed.
