Minor as in drawing them once kind of thing, where they are a parent or sibling or someone else you don't plan to draw again.
You'll still need to get the okay for them. They just simply won't go onto the site.
They'll only go onto the site if you plan to draw them more than once!
With Volatikai you design that have plans to be drawn more than once but have only been drawn once so far, that's fine if they are on the site. Especially if it takes months or never where you draw them again. The point is just the intention.
