Virus attack
I am currently using my tablet to write this.
My computer is currently effected by a virus, ransomware to be more accurate.
It change many of my files to CCC and doesn't matter if I change the file name, the file become nonsense.
It also changed my browsers and chat programs, so can get on.
Until it has been removed and my files saved, I can't chat with anyone or other regular activities.
Can not even draw.
Just letting people know and sorry for the trouble I caused people, like people I need to do work for.

The unfortunate thing is my mother got hit by that one. She paid (against my suggestion) and now she not only out money, but her files are STILL encrypted. -_-
I hope (and will keep my wings crossed) that this isn't the case with your stuff :(
First run a system restore, this removes the virus from the system.
Secondly right-click folders and select 'Restore previous versions' to get them back to a state before infection.
System restore removes the virus, previous versions reverts the files.

The art that you've saved in your art program's native format (Clip Studio Paint/Manga studio/Paint Tool SAI) might be safe because the encryption program might not have targeted them. Meaning there's a chance you could still save those files. Any files that are listed in the link rednec0 pasted are gone for good if you haven't backed them up to external storage. You're all likelyhood gonna have to wipe your computer clean and reinstall Windows.
Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY THE RANSOM. There's no guarantee that the ransomers will decrypt your files, and it's rare that they ever do after payment or otherwise.
go to Kaspersky website and try to find the keygen there and try it.
I wish you best of luck
I agree to Pokkuti. Kaspersky has lauched decryptor for virus like ransomware.
