But, hey. Look at it this way. You got a fair chance at seeing the evolution of science growing better and better. Why, in our lifetime, the ability to become more cyborg then flesh may arise. Or maybe science and government will get over the conflicts and near immortality via DNA altering will be possible. Why, we might even be able to map out the brain and make backups to counter any potential damage that things like strokes, heart attacks or...say, a bullet to the brain might try and cause.
Or, we might just be hoping for those retirement checks around the time of the AI Revolution.
Right now, there are people out there that are figuring out how to make robotic arms that actually can control the PSI given. Plus, having artificial skin that can feel what it touches can take away the whole mechanical side of things. ( https://youtu.be/ce3KeJtUR9E - That wan't the video I was looking for. But, it will do.) Artificial hearts can replace defective, biological versions. Same goes for other artificial organs. And, considering that people do tend to get creeped out when they start perceiving something isn't quite natural, I'm sure that science will do it's best to conceal any artificial items behind the most realistic of seeming skin...or like in the Terminator franchise, just grow organic skin over the robotic parts. After all, we all have interior skeletons giving support. We just aren't accustomed to seeing them...like, ever. It's actually a (usual) reason for great alarm to even see bone. So, if you can't see or feel the artificial support structure, does it even matter all that much? It's not like the future is going to be like Star Trek's Borg...with all the robotic upgrades, pointing laser pointers at you and such. ( https://youtu.be/ItHcsIHshhs ) In all likelihood, the future of body replacements and upgrades will be nearly seamless and would take an expert to discover the evidence that it even exists. ( https://youtu.be/0ofl_UP3apM - ANY reason to bring up that classic clip. Puts me right into Smirk Mode, it does.) After all, the future should be less Five Nights at Freddy's and more...I don't know...Ex Machina? ( https://youtu.be/nvYPCNCGEK8 - Perhaps, a scene from A.I. or Blade Runner would have worked better?)
Oh...and what's the most important link? ( https://youtu.be/WsQO1jOXLeg ) Happy birthday!!!
And, hey...flaws in my family tree can be removed to make a better me.
Enjoy your day tomorrow.
and thanks ^^
