**General Guildlines**
-I only accept money through paypal (might be ok with echeck, but note me please to ask)
-Once I accept your commission, you will not have to send payment until I note you with a WIP and recieve a confirmation to finish.
-Please only note me if you have interest in commissioning me, comments are so bad for me to keep track with.
-As of right now, Art is not my fulltime job. I am not online 24/7. I work a fulltime job with short staff at the moment, so I am busy. I always work on your art when i'm not exhausted and can put my all into making my clients happy. If I have not made siginificant progress, i will notify you as soon as i have time, with an apology as to why, and wips, etc.
-As of now, I am a clean artist. I'm not good at drawing the junk besides breasts. I CAN do 18+, but an extra charge will be added, and I will only do it if i feel comfortable doing your character nude justice.
-Please see Do's and Don'ts for what i will and will not draw.
-If you remove my watermark from my artwork at all, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me, and I will notify the friends I have as well.
-My prices are pretty low right now, please do not take advantage of my kindness/politeness and tread all over that because it is a cheap commission. I put my full into every piece I do, whether freebie or commission, that is completely unfair.
-Once payment has been sent, if you retract payment for any reason without notifying me, you will be blacklisted, and recieve no piece as I have no payment for such.
-DO. NOT. retract/cancel the payment after having recieved art from me. You will be blacklisted, put on artist beware. I don't tolerate shady/sneaky individuals.
-I may ask for other accounts that you frequent i.e. tumblr, toyhouse, deviantart, etc. if you have a fairly new account. This is not to be rude, it is because I feel uncomfortable doing business with people that have new accounts, and try to drop out of owing money to people they sought out to purchase things from.
-I am someone who is very bad at explaining things, hence I am not a teacher. Do not be afraid to ask me to explain something! I'm trying my best, I apologize if things come off misconstrued or create a misunderstanding-that is not my intention.
-I may be okay with deadlines, note me to discuss details!
-Though you may have rights to my art, you may not edit it as you please. No edits to my artwork are allowed. If i have colors off in the final piece, do not be afraid to ask me to update them, if they are part of the body/character featured! my laptop's color scheme is kind of weird, but I have an old laptop I can use if needed.
-I have the right to refuse any commission. I want to do your character justice, this means no offense to you or your character, I promise!
-I have the rights to feature my art in my portfolio or an art example book, as commission examples at conventions, etc. If you are not comfortable with that, DO NOT commission me!
-YOU MAY NOT sell (unless selling the character/rights to the character YOU OWN) ANY of my artwork after commissioning me.
-You may not use my art for commercial purposes, unless expressed otherwise.
-FEEL FREE TO ASK ME ANYTHING. I am not good at explaining/might not have some information featured. Dont be afraid to let me know, i'm willing to work with almost anything!
-Terms of Service are subject to change at any time
-You must read and accept all of these rules upon commissioning me, no exceptions. after 1 warning (depending), you will be blacklisted if you break any of the rules featured on this page.

-pedophilia/beastiality
Don't be afraid to ask! some i might be open to drawing, but please understand if it is in my DONT it is more likely to be declined.
**What to Expect**
-I will keep my trello updated every single night with how much progress your commission has.
-PLEASE, DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU CANNOT WAIT A MONTH BEFORE ASKING ME WHEN I'LL BE DONE. For one, that means you assume I don't have a job, for two that means you haven't read above and have not read my terms of service. The only exception to this is deadline commissions, which need to be discussed.
-I will note you if i have not made any progress within 2-3 weeks, with an apology and a reason why. Please understand I am human and have a fulltime job that is not art right now.
-I may take long to finish, but that is because I am a perfectionist artist-i draw the anatomy until i am satisfied with it before i add the clothes. I apologize, but this is just how I draw.

-I only do requests as per journal/submission announcing open slots! I DO NOT DO REQUESTS OTHERWISE.
-I may be open to art trades, depending!
-I require a visual reference! Only if it is a custom character will i accept a text-detailed description for a character. unwatermarked file is preffered if available so i can get markings/clothings right, but if you cant i understand! just please try not to have it all unique and covering the entire image otherwise i wont be able to see what I'm attempting to draw.
-as stated, subject to update, i cant think of everything at once.
