I have a room to myself at the main hotel (the Hyatt Regency) for Midwest Furfest. I was going to invite some non-furry friends, but it looks like they won't be able to go. So I'm making the space available -- with some criteria.

* This will be a yiffy room, possibly with at least one (private) play party. I might also bring people back. (You're welcome to do the same.) Preference given to people who are familiar with such parties.

* A high level of neatness and cleanliness is expected.

* It's a room with a single king bed, but I'll be bringing a futon -- that's what you'll get (at a discounted rate).

* No guests in the room when you're not there; no big gatherings without mutual permission; each roommate has veto power over all guests.

* Payment expected up front.
