At work:

Seven (7) (S E P T) (S I E T E ) ( S E V E N ) people quit yesterday in my department alone (Front-End - Cashiering/Customer Service Desk/ect.). Usually it's "only" about three people every other week. People get hired and, within a month, they quit.
(the scheduling is horrible and supervisors can be severely catty)
(and NOW they're allowed to keep you late without any warning and you canNOT leave until they dismiss you)
(they rarely used to tell me anyways so I was unaware they were even required to in the past >|"9)

So, even though I am supposed to be working solely graveyard shifts now, they keep scheduling me on (LONG) day shifts. Even when I tell them not to. B/c they're about 90% sure I won't quit no matter what they do with my schedule.

Day+Night shifts F U C K up my sleeping, so i wind up just sleeping and going to work with maybe four hours in-between, until i take a day to stay up for 24+hours so I can reset my schedule. I wind up with tremors in my hands, which makes it hard to work on fursuit stuff every day that I have off. (and usually, as soon as I'm back on-schedule, they throw me onto another day shift).
