If I reinstall Windows I lose my SAI license?

...by "reinstall Windows" I mean a complete format of the hard drive and install Windows again, not a Windows installation over the former Windows nor a repair...
I haven't bought it so I don't know; I'm just throwing out potential ideas.
I'd say see if you can contact the company. If it doesn't work, look for a crack. It's not right to buy a new program every time you uninstall it/reinstall/reformat/get a new computer.

My fear is that my System ID might change when I reinstall Windows and I will not be able to use the serial number they gave to me.
I need to be sure it doesn't happen before reinstalling Windows.
Also, I have some problems with the wireless connections and instead of keep trying to repair the problem I prefer to reinstall Windows to clean my pc.
Yes, the System ID will change on your computer after a complete reformat. However, looking at Sai's website:
2. Input your PC specific System ID to the download form.
You need to launch PaintTool SAI Ver.1.0.0 or later to know your system ID, select menu "others" and "System ID". If you want to install this software on two or more PC, you need to input each PC's system ID, and download individual license for each PCs.
So once you reinstall Sai on your computer again, get the new System ID, and use the original Software License Number and Certificate Download Password to download a new digital certificate to use Sai! You won't lose your license, which you already bought. The System ID is tied to the Software License Number, not the other way around.
You shouldn't have any problems using Sai after reinstalling Windows. :)
