Im game for having the party on the 31st. I'm not too interested on going Snow-tubing thou. I hate the traffic.

The plan is to leave the house 8:30am and go up the back way. I'm only getting reservation for people that are physically at the house. Any outside or meet us there groups will not get reservations through us. I'm going to make this incredibly simple due to what I heard about the mountain from last year. This year, everything will be simplified, and going up the exit path to avoid the traffic.

I want to go Snow Tubing so I need to see what day works best Jan1st or Jan 2nd. Depending on what majority of people want to do, there may not be a New Years Eve party.

The back way is good. In fact, I think its better to use that route to return to San Diego for people going that direction, a bit of a detour but backups can be bad on the 2.

Also, I'll be attending PS tonight around 8pm.

i can make it to the party thursday evening since i work thusday,but i should be there by 8 or 9. and i will try to go to the tubing friday a lil unsure if i have to drive in the snow

I wonder if the snow tubing park will be more crowded on the 2nd than the 1st? With more people off work and not recovering from New Years parties, it may
be busier on Sat.

I'm expecting it to be busy. I have a contingency plan for that, but it does not include outside groups or people meeting us at the mountain.

having the friday-saturday would work better for myself and my mate.. i would think others cause it works along the line of the weekend too

Yes. I'm going more toward the favor of people who are working. So if I get confirmation from somebody that is working that they will attend Friday - Saturday, that the day it will be. So far, nothing has been confirmed from people that are working.

I'm getting "I'll ask work for those days off, it'll be easier if it the weekend"... Things like that. I need to see a dead set "Friday and Saturday"

well my mate might have duty on thrusday-friday, since he will be here instead on leave, so he would gladly take the friday-saturday option so he doesnt miss out, plus it being his first time being able to go in 3-4 years
