Saw two episodes via Ian's streams. Don't care for it. it's the art style. The characters are clearly computer-animated (they have a Flash feel to them without really looking like Flash animation), but the backgrounds are often photo-realistic, and the contrast is just distracting to me.

Nope, haven't seen it.
From that title I had figured this was regarding James Bond, as Never Say Never Again was Sean Connery's brief return to the role after retiring.

I've seen it. It's a fairly nice update. The humour of it tickles me in that fine British fashion. And the whole thing feels that it got zhooshed by and large.

I've seen 3 episodes. I felt like the feel of the original one became more solid by the 3rd. The first two feel like they're still kind of finding their feet.

Sorry to say I never saw the old series, just a few bits and pieces on YT. The trailers look pretty good.
