SO back like last year. I bought a custom adopt from a person with an idea of a white tiger. I had gotten inspiration off of another picture; I didn't want it exactly like it but to show the things I liked and didn't I used it as a general ref about the idea.
I paid 25 dollars for this thing.
Now the thing they had given me, didn't look good at all. It didn't look like what I wanted but the idea that I had wasn't finished. So I ended up just trying to cancel the commission all together. They wouldn't let me, saying I had buyers remorse or something.
That wasn't the case. It wasn't good. I wasn't going to pay $25 bucks for something that looked terrible. Its just how I am because I spent my hard erned cash on this person to make me a specific thing.
So I apologized, tried to cancel the commission because they weren't going to do what I wanted which they proceeded to try to want to fix it. After many times of asking for a refund, we tried to make a compromise. Keep in mind, there had been many speed bumps along the way to here, they disappeared. They wouldn't respond to my messages. They ended up trying to give me this crappy adopt that I wanted to have a scar on, and it didn't look good at all. here I was looking at their stuff being like 'O well all of these look nice, what happened.'
They tried to give me something I didn't want and now a YEAR LATER. They come back trying to sell their characters and I noted them about if I was ever going to get a refund because it didn't work out.
ow they are saying I am harassing them and trying to scam them when all I wanted was a cute adopt a year ago that turned into nothing.
Now they have posted a journal about me, saying how they have blocked me from further harrassment but I didn't do anything but ask for a refund. They said they gave me the adopt which didn't happen. I remembered that she/he had shown me a weird purple colored adopt with the scar I had requested but it was nothing what I wanted.
Literally, I don't even want the adopt at this point. I just wanted my money back because I've already lost so much money to scummy people around this place.
Now they are also calling me a he?.. I just don't get it.
If you are going to open commissions for something you're tinkering around with, you should make sure you're work is semi consistent instead of doing good work for yourself but shitty work for your commissioners.

And if someone who owned you something from a year ago comes back to sell all their things, would you not message them to ask them about the situation of our own work that was due forever ago?
I'm sick of being made out to be the bad person on here..
I think I've lost almost 50-70 bucks in just trying to get commissions alone.
Its why I'm so strict now. :/
