How is the best way to find you?
Just look for someone in either a radioactive hoodie, a parakeet kigurumi, or a snowy raptor. The last one is hard to miss.

“PEPPER!” "RAPTOR!" "BIRD!" "OH HEY IS THAT A ZEBRA?!"
Sorry I couldn't resist the last one, but it actually has happened ;v; (I've also been called an 'eagle' too and an 'angel dragon' so)
Are there any panels/events you might be attending?
No clue, but might check out the dance comp since I've never really been to one before!
Are you arranging any photoshoots?
HAH. Nah. Only ones I know I can go to are the parade and the individual ones they have set up for the general con, but nothing arranged by or for!
