Well, since there has been ZERO interest in my Christmas/Holiday YCH, I see no need to participate in Homecon, as I have no commissions to work on.
I do have some art to do, the highest priorities are a monthly trade due on the 20th, and another trade that I have already received my half.
If I get a wild hair, I might stream a little bit on Thursday 19th or Friday 20th to finish these two.
But right now, to be honest, I am not feeling particularly artistic. I am actually pretty discouraged that the last two YCHs didn't have ONE SINGLE PERSON interested.
I want to thank all the people on here and especially on Twitter that spread the word and retweeted when I advertised that I was open for this YCH. You guys tried to help as much as you could, and I really do appreciate that.
I mean I know I'm not the best artist, but I'd like to think that I am improving. I see my art even from earlier this year and think that it looks at least a little better.
Are my prices too high? I tried to price my items reasonably, but it takes hours to do art, I am not quick about it, and if I priced out how much I charge as opposed to how long a piece of art takes, I'd probably be earning $3-4 an hour. I know, this isn't my job, but still its a lot of work.
Anyways, enough of my bitching. I doubt anyone wants to hear my sob story anyways.

What was the other YCH? I must have missed that one. Only saw the Halloween one, then the Holiday one.
I can't make it to HomeCon. I'll be pretty busy this weekend.
Trust me, I understand the issues that come with owning a house.
Thanks *hug*
