Im sorry but~ where i live~ i cant get a paypal~
At first i thought you could get one wherever you are~ but sadly that is not true~
Im sorry~ :c
But here is the good news~
Since i cant get a paypal~ i can actually open the commisioning option for you guys~
But then the payment would be in Steam credits or League of Legends Riot Points~
So~
I Suppose commisioning from me is an option from now on~ c;
though in the weekends only~
