You probably got a trojan that is allowing someone to keylog your computer. As in they can see what you are typing. There are a few ways of solving this and i dont know all of the ways, worst case scenario though is a full reset of your computer as in start over from the beginning again. As for the other online things, I dunno how to help out with that. But stay calm, there may be others who will help you.

Try Avast and Malware Bytes as a basic solution, both have free versions

Move on to check your installed programs and uninstall anything you don't recognize

Check your extensions and add-ons on any browser installed on your computer, remove any you don't recognize

I don't know 1/3 of what you just said... I'm not good with this stuff and I literally need baby steps to understand it...

Download it, install it, it's pretty user friendly and should help you a lot with certain things

Malware Bytes https://www.malwarebytes.org/
Download it, install it, Also pretty user friendly, will find what Avast cannot and do it's best to remove/fix it

To Uninstall Programs from Windows (Vista and Beyond)
You have to go to Control Panel > Programs and Files, if you can't find control panel, open the start menu and use the search field, or just type control panel while the start menu is open if you are using Windows 8 and Above
Pick any programs you don't recognize and attempt to uninstall them (careful not to remove drivers or software needed to run your system)

To Uninstall Extensions/Add-ons from your Browsers
In Chrome
Go to Settings > Extensions or just type chrome://extensions/ in the URL Bar and press Enter
Pretty easy to uninstall, (and even check the web store page of each extension to check what they are, who made it, and reviews to find out if it's safe or not)
Uninstall any addons you don't use or recognize

In FireFox
Go to Settings > Addons or just type about:addons in the URL Bar and press Enter
Similar to Chrome in ease of use, uninstall any addons you don't use or recognize

In the case nothing above can solve it, a clean install may be necessary, just save and backup your important files and a list of stuff you have installed that you wouldn't want to lose

Would yo recommend backing them in a cloud or something? I barely know about clouds but they dont seem to safe either since, lets face it, nothing on the internet is beyond a hackers reach.

Nah, no need to waste money, unless you have enough space for your files in free services like Google Drive or Dropbox, don't bother, besides, a drive will be faster than downloading everything again

I would also recommend using Two-Factor Authentication with every service you use that has got it available

Sorry I couldn't have helped you nine hours ago when this was a problem. I don't use PCs anymore, but when I did, usually I did a clean removal of programs like TwilightMaster suggested. Good to hear the issue has been resolved.
