General
(Basic Conditions)
• I reserve the right to deny any commission without stating a reason.
• I need ALL details about the commission at the moment of payment.
• Adult art is only available to people ages 18+. No Exceptions.
• If you have commissioned me, I assume you are accepting, and have read my Terms of Service.
• Progress of your commission can be seen in my Commission journal.
• Your Commission will be uploaded to my various accounts unless you request it not be uploaded in the note.
• Prohibited! No adding your own background or editing my artwork without permission PLEASE.
• I prefer reference sheets.
• I do NOT want to be continuously harassed about the commission. Repeated messages as follow: "When is it going to be done?" "How's it coming?" " Is it my turn yet? " will be ignored. If you continue asking, I may choose to cancel the commission with or without refund at my discretion.
(MISTAKES)
* Line art mistakes must be stated at the time of when I show you the line art WIP, after that, changes will NOT be made. As soon as I get the okay, you are stating that there are no errors in the line art.
* Markings or colors, I will gladly fix, say I forgot a design detail like a marking, a certain color on the body, any of the sort. I will gladly fix without extra charge.
* If you sent me a ref sheet without certain details, like the reference sheet is a simple dragon that you've sent, and you message me stating to change the line art because your character has multiple wings,horns,different type of tail that is not shown on your ref sheet and you never mentioned it in your note, than I have the right to charge you a extra $5, since I would have to completely change the line art under the fault of the commissioner.
( PAYMENT )
* I only accept PayPal through Kneel4Loki13[at]aim.com
* FULL payment must be provided before I can begin your commission
* REFUNDS WILL NOT BE OFFERED IF THE ARTWORK IS COMPLETE
* If you do end up asking for a Refund, and I did some progress on your picture, I will take a small service fee for how much I have worked on.
(OTHER)
• I will need a FULL colored UPDATED ref of your character. ( No traditional refs, unless they were scanned with proper color pallet )
• Turnaround times are 2 to 4 days tops per-commission depending on work and life events. So wait time depends where you are on my quota list.
• Want your commission to be good quality? Don't rush or pester me on it, or else it will dim down the quality. Motivation, inspiration, and health play a huge role in how your commission will turn out, so patience is KEY. I want to ensure everyone gets what they paid for and not something that seemed rushed. It wouldn't make my commissioner happy, nor myself as an Artist, so please understand.
• DO NOT ask me to change or lower my prices.
