I sent a trouble ticket once over an account who was stealing other people's characters and attempting to sell them as adopts. Luckily under the pressure of the community the person disabled their accounts and hopefully stopped. Because FA took like 4/5 months to respond lol.

First time I joined the site I couldn't change a picture as submission because I was using the beta thing, got a response basically instantly and they told me how to change it the picture and revert back. So I guess they did something right and fast there :P
