Very glad to hear, counseling can help immensely. Getting unbiased professional opinions really helps give insight into your own thoughts and feelings. I myself see one periodically, helps with learning to cope with the added stress of advanced college classes as I prepare for pharmacy university. Your doing something very beneficial for yourself and it is helping to put your heart and head in the right set. Stay strong and focused, you will get through it and be better than ever.
