My accelerator pedal got caught in the floor mat of my truck so it randomly continued to go faster. Instead of doing the smart thing and putting it into neutral, I slowly applied the break and got it unstuck. I'm disappointed in myself because my dad is a mechanic and I should have known better. I mean, I didn't do the wrong thing or the stupid thing. Just not the best thing.
