He's saying that if people approach you and ask for Undertale commissions that's fine but don't put it on your front page saying "I DRAW UNDERTALE ART, COMMISSION ONLY" stuff like that or saying you'll make a comic based on Undertale only if your paid, publicly advertising yourself with Undertale for your own gain, that sort of thing.

Yeah something like that, which its sad cause a lot of people are doing that. Some are even starting to remove there work due to commissions there doing for people and all that jazz.
