The Big Move Happens!

Rantings From Planet Xenotropos
This Saturday is the Big Move to Ottawa (okay, Kanata, which is a bump on the end of Ottawa but apparently still counts).
Got the apartment, got the packing done, got the movers coming, got my ride sorted...and I suddenly feel like a 5 year old again. I do not do well with change. And this is a big one. I've lived at my old addy for 16 years and in this town pretty much my entire life.
HOWEVER people do seem to be able to live in Ottawa. They've got running water and everything! :D I'm sure I can do this thing. I just want a day without boxing stuff up or taking stuff out of boxes.
Soon. Very soon.

Oh! I'll be in Canada this Friday. Anything amazing that I should be sure to check out in the Ontario region?
Ontario's pretty huge but if you're in the Toronto area, there's an art gallery and the ROM if you like museums, the CN tower (if you're okay with heights) and the Science Center, not to mention the Metro Zoo (a lovely zoo - the animals do pretty well there). Niagara Falls is lovely any time of year. I hear the Natural History museum in Ottawa is great, although I haven't been yet.
