and it's with a Italian sauce...

Just recently I've discovered the wonders of Vodka Sauce. It was completely accidental too. I'd seen the saucy little minx sitting on the grocery shelves before and had dismissed it as silly because I don't like vodka. But recently I came home with two jars because of simple economic necessity (They were on clearance and I'm cheap). We had one jar that night, it was a nothing special dinner ziti and sauce but oh the sauce. It's got a spark to it a kick that works with the lovely tomato texture to make your taste buds seem like heaven. It's such a wonderful flavor.

Then and there I knew I must have the recipe. I have found one and some time soon I just might have to share my wonder with you all.
