aliena-cordis See ya there! In a few words, my HDD's files are all in Read-only mode, I have tried everything, from applying the changes to commands. I have friends that have gladly helped and haven't reached a solution.
I even formatted and changed back to Win8.1 (I had Win10) and this is bothering me greatly. Sometimes my photoshop/sai files won't save or update, same with my steam/word files.
Any words of advice? Halp!!

Something that I thought of initially is some kind of malware. The only ones that can persist through OS reinstall and format are bootkits:

If it's not that then it's likely a hardware issue with said drive. Using something like Crystal Disk Info to read S.M.A.R.T. and see if there are errors on the drive:
