Plan for December
a few weeks ago I decided to try and get myself out of the no art funk that I've gotten into and told myself “Starting the first of next month I am going to draw and post a pic for every day in December.”
Well today I was trying to get my art flow going and having ideas but few were going anywhere in the end I resorted to working on a pic that I've had scanned for some time now. As I write this I have it nearly finished and will be rushing to get it finished before midnight here to basically be done on the 1st. Splitting hairs I know but it's better then going “Forget it! I fail plan aborted.”
I'd also like to mention that if you have any ideas you would like to see me draw ,to go ahead and comment here and let me know. Be it a subject matter that I've not drawn and you'd like to see or just a general idea you've had. If I like the idea then you may see it drawn at some point.

Would you like to do some images that could be re-posted at the Spontoon Island website?
That's a 1930s Pacific Islands setting in an alternate version of our world. The 'natives' mostly run their own small island country (think of Swiss democracy on Swedish islands, or maybe Miyazaki's Adriatic Sea) The influences are English language and Polynesian home-life. They are a transportation and distribution hub. The natives have a 50-year tradition of acting-out island cliches to put-on travelers and tourists.
So, visiting, one can see (rich) travelers at the tourist resorts, business people and foreign officials (& spies) passing through. Beach scenes, native militia, small ships & seaplane freighters and seaplane races. The clothing is 1930's period (or much less in some of the villages and on some of the beaches).
Visiting aircrew are welcome.
