1. Payment must be upfront. It is okay to make payments but I won't start on the art until I've been payed in full.
Snail Mail will NOT be accepted
2. No refunds after the first 48 hours or after I begin the art (Order cancellation). If I can't get to it within two weeks or I know that I will not be able to complete it I will offer a refund, but otherwise there will be none. I will not budge on this.
3. I have the right to refuse service. If you don't treat me right, or if there's a reputation behind you, I reserve the right to say no to avoid the chance of being in a bad situation.
4. For art trades, I will send a watermarked version of my half of the trade until your half is done.
5. All art I do will be posted. If that is not what you as a commissioner wants then I can refer you to a different artist. The exception being "Delayed" posts, in which I will delay posting the piece if you with for it to be a surprise for someone. I will only delay posting up to a week.
6. Serious buyers only.
7. Please only send money to me via "Goods and Services." Its better for the both of us if that's how the money is sent. (It's also PayPal's rules, sorry)
8. You MUST be 18 or older to order NSFW (or any fetish art) and 17 or older to order Gore.
