Alright, I think I have a few ideas that I could pass along.

For inflation, maybe we have a pyro switching their flamethrower's propane tank out for one containing an inflation-inducing gas, so instead of igniting their opponents on fire, it'll cause them to balloon up and float away.

Or how about the Keckleon Spy backstabbing someone who's quite overinflated, and the resulting bursting launches him flying.

And finally, a soldier using a helium-inflated Buizel Scout to float around the battlefield in place of a B.A.S.E. Jumper.

As for vore, how about you finding a heavy who's more than willing to gulp down a scout who's just eaten their sandvich.

If you wanna take the idea further then possibly a scenario in where he struggles moving with such a sloshy physique. Either wobbling about a lot from being a living water balloon or maybe getting his belly and/or hips wedged somewhere and getting stuck. XD I dunno.
