I haven't been to a convention in 4 years. That being said, MFF was far huger than the last time I was there. Even still, I had a good time. I met up with old friends, some I've been running into at cons for nearly 20 years, some I've only met once and some I met for the first time. It's always good to reconnect and newly connect. I even 'suited' briefly though it seems furry fandom isn't yet ready for a more realistic looking orc. My next convention will be sooner than later. A good friend has offered me space at BLFC in Nevada this coming May. It's a totally new area for me so I hope to meet even more cool people. I keep forgetting that most of my current life is somehow based in this community. Some very long term friends are because of the fandom. My partner and I met on the mucks and we still RP there all the time. So maybe I should try and step back in a bit. Anyway, thanks to all the cool people I met, was lucky enough to sit down and talk to, listen to and interact with. I hope to see you next time.
