nikola and I bought a house together. So that's certainly a thing. Unfortunately, we were lied to by Verizon and Time Warner about internet service availability both before and after the purchase, so I haven't had internet for about two or so weeks now. Fun.
MFF 2015 was probably the most disappointing con I've been to. It seemed like there was nothing to do at the con, on top of the dealers den being almost exactly the same from last year. More and more it seems that cons are catered to fursuiters, and I'm not blowing that kind of money on a animal costume just to 'fit in'.
I did, however, spend the weekend with some great friends. We agreed there wasn't much for MFF to offer us, and I was pretty glad how Sunday turned out.
Also, FA's beta layout is terrible on mobile. I had to switch back to the old theme just to post a journal. And what's with all the pop up ads?

Verizon's usage cap messages usually go "Thank you for choosing Verizon"

I agree with the fursuits almost being necessary for cons notion.
I don't know if I'd say that, but I would've loved to try to make your con better. You don't need a suit to blend in and never have.
