If there is a clear line of evidence that they are doing it intentionally, you could report them. Granted, FA's staff is less than the best, however, if they are also making money off it, it is also worth reporting it. Especially if your art is a form of (primary, secondary, or back-up) income. Someone taking stuff from you and mimicking it and / or using your ideas for their own gains is grounds for any such report.

I know of a couple of artists who have stolen from others, someone who I thought was a reasonably respectful artist and individual. However, they made THOUSANDs off someone's character species. It is sad to see and even worse when it happens to someone you know. I hope you can find some sort of closure to this, and the other individual pays for what they have done and answer for it.
