This isn't for me, its for another artist. Her situation is insanely dire.
From what I understand there is sewage type water in her apartment - hallway, living room and bedroom.
She obviously can't stay in her apartment and needs to be out of the place until things are cleaned up and repaired. Unfortunately hotel/motel costs are not exactly cheap and she's unsure how long this is gonna take.
Obviously looking into lawyers and such but again, this isn't gonna be a cheap process so PLEASE if anyone can help her out send money to her paypal. jetpackpress[at]gmail.com

She's an amazing artist, very kind and sweet..this is the last person who deserves something like this to happen to her.

Apparently this complex is seemingly corrupt, which I can relate to..so I don't think they'll offer her another apartment to live in until things are done..which apparently this was suppose to be fixed four months ago prior to the erupt. :l
One of my friends actually had to move because her patio door was leaking, and they wouldn't fix it. Well it was really rainy here for a good amount of time and mold started growing all over the door frame! She had a small child and flat out told them she wasn't paying any more rent, she wasn't paying for breaking the lease, and she was reporting them because mold is hazardous.
