For some folks it's about "omg what if I get pregnant" play and for those that can't get pregnant like the fellas they like the lack of condom being brought up for "other" risks. It's all just "things" people enjoy.

I'm pretty sure you have some more serious issues if you don't think condoms are required for (real life) sex, so yeah...

I enjoy to see the added condom in pictures where it's clear that the characters just met/are strangers, it's a tiny detail which doesn't hurt anyone but adds a bit of "reality" to the picture. My country spends a whole bunch of money for giant posters reminding people of STDs and condoms, so who cares if a random porn artist on the internet added them to their picture too?
And if they don't draw condoms, who cares? It's not like they're telling everyone to fuck strangers without condoms.

I do believe in real life protection should be used and that we should be protecting yourself as much as possible from the the diseases and other nastiness the body transmits. Buuut that's far off from what my tiny issue is. ( I don't think I would even call it an issue)
