Character and Art Theft of Nimbus

WOW the amount of support I got holy cow thank you guys so much!!! ;O;
It appears the account was reported enough to be automatically taken down by Facebook, I believe until FB actually reviews it. I dont think it'll be taken down permanently, but hopefully it brings the message across

EDIT 1/22/16: The person seems to have moved on with a new character. I liked their new art page to keep tabs on it. Thank you for everyone for your support and help <3
Okay, I'm posting this beware out there, just so everyone has a heads up about this person and I request that you please let me know if you find any more of the posts so I may report them and screenshot them.
The person "Oliwia Akaiko Bryza" has been stealing Nimbus and my art, claiming it is theirs and even calling it a Dutch Angel Dragon, this has been going on for a few days and after they showed me an edit (which was not edited in anyway) I decided they didn't understand. I do not want people going and attacking this person, only please be aware and just report the person. I have a feeling they are just very young and don't understand, I do not want anyone harassing them for this, just report it or let me know so that I may save it for evidence and report it myself.
This person has been posting stolen art of my character, changed the name and is calling it her fursona. She has been doing this for about a month I believe, but in a region-locked page she admins that I have no access too because I do not live in that country.
She copied and directly reposted my art, claiming it is hers or that it was "free line art" it took me a very very long time to track down who she was and confronted her. I do not think she realizes that this is theft, but after talking to her so much she will not change the character and has even been commissioning art of it.
So please don't accept commissions from her, ;~;
This is all on Facebook, I have not seen any of this reposted on any other image sharing website.

I just checked out her FB page and her profile picture appears to be a Dutch Angel Dragon that's sketched out with the name "Akaiko"?
She also does appear to be young..But old enough to understand what she is doing.
I'm going to try and friend her and talk to her to let her know what she is doing is wrong. (But I am not going to just yell and mindlessly bash her..)
I appreciate that help, I just don't want anyone harassing them, as it will not solve anything at all... just make everything worse ><

the "I want that, so I will take it and it is now mine" mind-set... People do it all the time, especially in the furry community. and ESPECIALLY young people who seem to not be able to comprehend the work behind making a character and what stealing all that work means.

I suggest making posts about this person in as many beware groups and pages as possible. I hope you get it taken down and they stop using the sona. :(
I have posted it in 2 beware groups on FB and Nimbus's group as well :x

I have posted in about 4 artist beware groups currently as well.
I know that some artists get their artwork copyrighted commission or not, but you need to get your character design copyrighted.

I don't know what country you live in so you'll have to look up their laws.
Plus, how can they expect to steal a character that obviously belongs to somebody else and expect to get away with it?
The Should KNOW that they're going to get caught!
