I hope its a safety fuse. In this case repairs won't cost much. Because otherwise it will require either expensive repairs or replacement, which is really hard for me today.

На самом деле там 850 ватт. Зачем мне столько? Потому что оно с запасом перекрывает потребности железа (весьма нехилого, при том что ему уже 5 лет) и всяких дополнительных потребителей. Особенно это полезно при работе в 3D и видео, чем я активно занимался пару лет назад. Ну и игры в хорошем качестве тащит, хотя я сейчас и не играю вообще. Это рабочая станция, там все от души и с запасом)

Ну 850 не 1000 XD Моральный барьер еще не задет при таких условиях. Хотя досадно что комп полетел. Скорейшего выздоровления системнику твоему

Everything else seems to be fine. It's just the power unit, that won't start even separated from everything. I found my old power unit from the older pc, and it was able to start my workstation, but it doesnt have enough power to keep my graphics card working. So, the only active device I have now is my phone :)

I just hope it didn't take anything else with it. Nothing I fear more than losing a PSU. Hopefully since it's a fancy one, it had solid inbuilt protections to prevent it from frying the rest of your hardware when it tanked.

I dont want to nitpick or question your choices, but... 1000W? Whoa, thats a lot, is that necessary?

It's 850 actually. And it's 1,5 - 2 times more than the real power ever needed for my PC. However, it's really useful for the long and hard work, like video rendering or 3D projects, when CPU and graphics get their maximum load, and I'm 100% sure that power and voltage are still normal, and nothing gets overheated or overloaded. After all, my pc may be old, but it's still a powerful workstation. + there was a time, when I seriously thought of buying special graphics card for 2D work, which could have used this extra power too. So, everything is reasonable. But damn expensive :/
