There's some good news and bad news. I'll deal with the good news first.

I organized my gallery. I made use of the folders and sorted my most recent submissions into them. I've also been keeping busy, with one thing or another.

Yeah, there's more bad news than good, so here's the not so nice part. My grandma lost her battle with Ovarian cancer last Saturday. Most of you probably know by now, but for those who don't that's why I've been a bit absent. It's been a difficult month or so. It is nice to get to see distant family members again, but it's never pleasant for these circumstances. The realization still hasn't sunken in yet. My grandmother was a big part of my young life, so having her gone... it just doesn't feel real. I haven't said too much about it because people were still being told, but I can now, since the wake and the funeral are tomorrow and Friday.

I wish I had more to share, but this has been pretty much what has been going on. Thank you to everyone who has offered their condolences and support.

Commissions will resume at a slow pace... It's going to be... well, a very different Christmas... and a difficult one...
