I'll be looking for a roommate for 700$ a month to take one of the bedrooms. 1700sq/ft garage 3 bed 3 bath, garage. Zip 20105 25min from metro! There is a beefy and lovable dragon included! Super nice place in an upscale area. Built in 2007.

25 minutes from metro? in dc area... wow and i though walking from the hotel to the bus stop in miami was hard รณ-o (it was like 10 mins + the time you have to wait for the bus)

I could be interested in this. My lease is up at the end of January and I need to move closer to Reston and away from the Beltway. But I'd need more information on the actual location and what 25 minutes actually means on a morning of traffic.
