If youre asking like, if we know artists that can draw Anthros as well as Humans heh then I can direct you to  Pac just browse through her gallery and you should find some examples. Granted, she has no clue what digimon is, lol, but if you give her good references she can do the job. She's also crazy fast and reliable :P
