So, basically tier P is possibly a sub-tier of sorts which may have a discount compared to the normal tiers, but only if all characters are Pokémon, excluding fakemons and advanced alterations - would being Anthro rather than Feral count as being advanced, though?

Yup, and I think it depends on the design. Some anthro Pokemon altered it wayyy too much, or it complicates the original design too much. In that case, I probably won't count it as Tier P~

So... Would the comission I got from you earlier would count as Tier P if I had gotten it after this? Not that I mind, I'm just curious.

I just want to draw "normal"-looking Pokemon, nothing too far off the original designs. It's also what I like to draw in general. I'm not too much into all those crazy designs.

It is after all, the most important rule when you draw Pokemon: Keep it simple.

Oh. Okay now I understand :3. drawing Mary Sues mustn't be fun. I think I did pretty well with Chiki; keeping him close to the Sugimori design while making him unique. I think it's good you're encouraging that and support ya 100% on it.

That's totally understandable and I think it might encourage to pay a better tribute to Satoshi and Nintendo's creations too. <3 But that's just my opinion. XD
