Please read all of my Terms of Service before commissioning me. If you commission me, you are agreeing to all terms listed below for my services. Thank you.
Basic Terms
• I draw all works with my own style, so if you don't like it, don't order commission from me.
• Sometimes it can takes months to draw commissioned art. It depends a lot how much I need to draw commissions, my personal life, works etc. If there is no any problems, you can also receive your art in one day! So, no deadlines.
• I also get sick too easily so sometimes it depends about it too. Winter time and autumn is mostly those times.
• I only draw original characters
• You need to send note to me with commission form filled out with all informations what I need (you find forms in commission descriptions!) and PLEASE put all information what I need.
• Unless stated otherwise, you will receive a sketch for your commission (this does not include YCH, pre-poses or sales). Any changes or adjustments need to be conveyed when you have received the sketch. I can't do changes when work is already done.
• My characters can be used in commissions, but their usage depends on the content. Details would be discussed before I accept the commission.
• I have rights to refuse or cancel commissions. If I cancel commission for some reason, you will get full refund.
• Ignoring my terms will place you on a blacklist and I will no longer accept work from you, so please be respectful.
Publishing?
• Once the commission has been finished, it is yours for personal use. You may post it where you want, but do not remove my signature/watermark/not give me credit, or use it for personal profit.
• I add watermarks on my works to protect my art, but I will send art without irritating watermark for commission customer.
• Don't publish commissioned or traded art without my watermark. They have watermarks for purpose and submitting my art without it is againts my wish. I send arts without watermarks only for personal use.
• You can add your username on the re-published art as mark that character belongs to you. Don't do other edits!
How I work?
• I draw always sketches traditional way, scan artwork and continue working (drawing lines, fix errors and color) with Paint Tool SAI. Sketches may look pretty harsh, but it's just sketch. While I'm lining my art, results are more detailed and look better.
• I have few medical conditions, so there is good and bad days. In bad days, I can't work.
Basic Commission Form
• Character reference or clear pictures. It must be drawn, no 3D models or written reference!
• SFW or NSFW
• Coloring style: Full, cell shade or flat
• Other details, like pose, clothing etc. ALSO important notices about character must been written! I don't want to hear that character is made wrong because something is missing.
Payment Policy & refunds
• The only payment method I use online is paypal. You can send me a direct payment, but if you want, I can also send invoice to you.
• You must have the payment ready within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. If it’s not paid by then I will cancel your commission.
• You have only that 72 hours to send payment (IF we didn't talk another options first).
• Remember to add your username in the payment note that I can mark your commission as paid. If you don't, let me know someway that you paid it.
• I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason.
• Likewise, if you ask for a refund, I will give a full refund if work is not started. You may get half refund if sketch is done, but you or me cancel it. I don't give refunds if I'm already done lineart for your commission.
• You may find information in submission do I give refunds or not (YCH etc.)
Themes and Restricted Content
• Read my "I draw" and "I don't draw" informations carefully!
• I will not draw extreme content, including underaged or feral characters in adult situations.
• I don't draw bestiality.
• I will not draw fanart or any copyrighted character.
• I don't draw scat, watersports, inflations, hyper etc. Just ask if you're not sure about things.
Feedback
• All kind of feedbacks are always welcome!
• Also simple "thank you" - would be necessary too. It's pretty important to me know, that you apperciated my work.
